John Davidson is a Racist!

So for those of you who missed it, this jerk (John Davidson) at the BAFTAS (British Oscars), was Micheal Richard-ing,(Seinfeld's show) Micheal B. Jordan and Delroy Lindo, when they were on stage with the n-word. Now, his supposed defence is that his outburst is involuntary. Being someone who has witnessed Tourette syndrome first hand, (but admittedly is not an expert on the subject) I would say that's very doubtful. First of all, if it is a random uncontrollable outburst, why is it only happening when black people are on the stage? And why only the n-word; when there are a plethera of other racial slurs to choose from? But most importantly, this individual is my age, 54 years old. So I find it very hard to believe (that if this is completely involuntary tic or compulsion), that this is the first time that he has publically said racial slurs. If he couldn't control it and it's the first time that it's happened, then he's innocent of any wrong doing. But, if it happened before, then it was his responsibility to not be there, and risk letting that happen. If he did, knowing it could happen, then he's as guilty as any person who has ever racially attacked people in public with racial slurs. If that's the case then yes, John Davidson is a racist. End of story.
Also I am proudly about 15 different nationalities; so I have no racial axe to grind. I have a problem with the person not the nationality. There are tons of grrrrrreat Scotts, (unlike John Davidson). Like Sir William Wallace, and Rob Roy McGregor to name a few.
