How the fuck do you go hundreds of comments deep and not answer a simple fucking question like, "How do you tell if a woman is flirting?". Obviously, you don't. She's either hot enough that you say fuck it and treat it as an exercise of handling rejection (worst case) or you just walk away and hope you didn't give up an easy date (if she was kinda cute).

Which, when you're taught CBT is really fucking helpful. In some ways someone with PTSD who's gone through CBT could probably be treated as a fucking autistic person in situations like flirting. We're taught shit like to control our thoughts. Yes, this relates to people. Some examples they gave me during group therapy when I was ready to kill myself: If someone smirks at you on a subway but you hadn't been talking to them, it probably isn't your fault. Most people aren't really paying attention.

"Fair", right? What about non-visual cues though? How does interaction even start? A lot of the stereotypical advice about flirting are those non-visual cues like her smiling and looking at you, which btw according to CBT could also be unrelated to you. However, since that's inconvenient for the same feminists who tell all men they need all the therapy in the world and should be seeing a team of therapists 25 hours a day it's completely irrelevant.
